Kav and Sam were excellent in looking after my car recently. Booked in for a standard MOT and gold service. Full transparency with any issues found on my MOT and worked quickly to solve the issues for me keeping me updated throughout the day with images and messages of everything. Had the car back in no time and is driving perfectly. Would highly recommend and will be using these guys again!
I had a really positive experience with this garage. From start to finish they were honest, professional, and trustworthy. They kept me fully updated throughout the work, sending videos and photos to clearly show what needed doing and which parts were being replaced. Everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand, and I was given a clear breakdown of costs with no hidden surprises. It’s refreshing to find a garage that is so transparent and takes the time to keep customers informed. I felt confident my car was in safe hands and would definitely recommend them.
I had a problem with the oil light coming on and the engine sounding quite rough over the Christmas holidays, so my usual garage was closed. I found Autoworkz on the net with excellent reviews so I thought I’d give it a go Kav answered and although they were closed he asked me to bring the car down the very next day.He did a diagnostic check & sent videos through WhatsApp. He changed the oil pressure switch as this is a common fault with corsa’s & free oil filter. I found the guys to be very professional and kept me informed throughout the process and I wouldn’t hesitate to take my car to them in the future
I had a wheel bearing issue on my van. Kav was able to fit me in within a few days and make repairs immediately. I would definitely recommend autoworkz.
Would 100% recommend this garage. I had an oil leak so sent it in for a diagnostic, and was very pleasantly surprised when I received multiple videos, not only explaining the reason for the leak, but also the whole car showing all issues - something I have not received with other garages before. Took it back on Monday for a Timing belt kit replacement and crankshaft seal fitting which had some complications meaning they had to order a new/different seal and do the whole process again, but Sam and Kav kept me thoroughly updated through everything. I was extremely appreciative for them working so hard to get my car done by Wednesday as I was going away to the Peaks, and so grateful that they fixed one of my front headlights as well without asking, as well as topping up my coolant, oil and giving me a spare bulb. Thanks so much guys! Amazing work!
