I had a long drive back up to Delaware from North Carolina and decided to stop by and check out this gym. 100% worth it. Every gym equipment/machine is arsenal iykyk & the best gym attachments. The owner Eric makes you feel a part of the community and you can tell just how much work he puts into keeping the equipment well maintained. Wish I stayed around the area it would be my go to spot! Check it out
Wow! This has to be the cleanest gym I’ve ever stepped into. What a great place to work out. Eric does a phenomenal job of making everyone feel warm and welcome, and the standard he holds his gym to is impressive. Even the weights are put back in perfect upright position. I also love that he encourages members to leave positive affirmations on the wall for everyone to see. It creates such a positive and motivating atmosphere. We were just passing through Virginia Beach on our way to Key West, but this spot left such a great impression that we’ll definitely be back!
Hands down the best gym in Virginia Beach! We trained here while in town and it was exactly what we needed for our hybrid-style training as they have a great mix of cardio to weight lifting equipment. It was more than just a gym, it was a community. They have all your 1st Phorm supplements, along with a variety of self-development books, which was perfect for us as we are currently doing Phase 1 of the Live Hard program. 1000/10 recommend!
Cannot recommend this gym more! We traveled in for a weekend and did our training here while doing Phase 1 of the Live Hard program. The ambiance is spot on and the equipment is top notch and super clean. The core values and mission align perfectly with who we are as individuals and the owners, Eric and Cait, are dedicated to help you reach your goals and hit all the gains. 💪🏼
Amazing Gym! I came here on a day pass and I loved the vibes of the gym. The owner was super nice to talk to. Amazing machines for all body movements 💪🏼. Next time I am in town i will most definitely come back.
