The General manager Liz was absolutely amazing today. It was a busy time for them but she worked quickly and efficiently to make sure she met the needs of her members today! Definitely can’t recommend this location enough!
One Life Red Mill is awesome. Specifically Chris and FIT360. Great classes. Awesome price point. The workouts are functional and produce great results without being culty and injuring you like CrossFit does. Plus, if you’ve got kids, drop them off at the kids club and get your workout in!
My husband and I have been members at Onelife Fitness Red Mill for over 3 years now. The facility is huge, squeaky clean, and has a great selection of cardio and strength-training machines and free weights. Even during peak times, we can almost always use the equipment we need without much of a wait. When we initially joined, it was our first time in a commercial gym, so it felt a little overwhelming. But the staff is always welcoming and helpful, and the gym community is courteous and supportive. We signed up for weekly sessions with a personal trainer to help get familiarized with the gym and learn proper weightlifting technique. We’ve been working with Dylan Powell, who is a fantastic personal trainer there. His positive energy and customized exercise program have helped me stay motivated to reach and surpass my original fitness goals. The membership fee is a great value for what you get, with the abundance of equipment, extra amenities, and convenient hours.
I have been training with Carnell for about two years, and the transformation I’ve experienced has been nothing short of amazing! His guidance has completely changed my physical fitness and overall well-being. Training with him a couple of times a week has allowed me to build strength, improve my flexibility, and enhance my sleep quality significantly. Carnell has also taught me the importance of nutrition and has always pushed me outside of my comfort zone, which is where true growth happens. I genuinely feel like a new person, both physically and mentally. I understand that some may be concerned about the cost of personal training, but I firmly believe that your health is invaluable. Without good health, it’s challenging to enjoy life to its fullest. I can’t express enough how much Carnell has transformed my life. This is the best gym!! Working out here always feels so welcoming and helps me to stay motivated to improve my fitness and reach my goals. I train with Katie and she is AMAZING!! I am a runner and I hadn't focused much on strength before starting personal training. After starting training with Katie, I realized it was exactly what I needed. I dropped pounds of body fat, gained muscle, and quickly began setting personal records. My running has reached the next level and Katie is always supportive and helpful while keeping me accountable. I could not recommend training with Katie more!
