I have been having acupuncture with Scot for a couple of years and it has been a game changer for me. When I came to him I always felt cold, especially in my hands and feet, and I couldn't feel my heartbeat through my chest wall. Through acupuncture and herbal formulas I got from him I improved dramatically. My circulation improved to the point that I began sweating for the first time in my life, I started to be able to feel my heartbeat in my chest and started to feel better than I had in a long time. Highly recommend acupuncture with Scot.
This is by far the BEST acupuncture place I've ever been to! Scott is very knowledgeable, kind, and truly cares about his patients and loves helping others. He is the only acupuncture that has helped me and doesn't harm me due to my rare pain condition besides one acupuncturist in california, and I've seen so many. I am able to sleep, burning, and shooting calms quickly. it's truly incredible. I have a severe condition called stage 3, type 2 CRPS. It's full body. I also have EM, bulging discs, and major sleep issues due to the pain. The only times I rest and even fall asleep is after treatment with Scott. It's amazing how much it helps me every time, and he is very kind and friendly, and I consider him and the ladies that work there, friends.. The ladies at the front are very kind too and Scott helps me with the wheelchair to the Ubers and waits until I make it safely in the Uber, as well as the ladies at the front...truly goes above and beyond. I highly recommend Balance Acupuncture! It helps my nerves, helps my shoulders to be symmetrical due to knots where they get out of alignment, migraines, helps with sleep, stress, and more! I promise you that you won't regret coming here! I appreciate the gentle approach, too. If you have tried acupuncture in the past and it hasn't helped, don't give up! It took me some time with acupuncturists and times of trying different ways before I found my last acupuncturist in california then I came to texas and had a terrible experience where I got worse, but when I found this place, it's been a true blessing and I couldn't imagine not going as its the only thing that helps my nerves besides medication and I've tried everything from ketamine and lidocaine treatments, spinal chord stimulator, nerve blocks, massage, chiropractic, physical therapy, calmare treatments, many types of medicine, for 13 yrs after getting hurt. I highly recommend Scott. They also sell quality organic vitamins there, too, and at great prices! 5 stars!!! Would give more if I could! Since I'm moving for a period of time, he is also helping me to find an acupuncturist where I'm moving! Thank you, Scott, and to your front desk staff! I've also seen Laura, who is the other acupuncturist once, and she was helpful and kind wben Scott was gone! You can't go wrong with Balance Acupuncture! Best acupuncture in San Antonio! I was seeing Scott for acupuncture sessions and he was very knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel super comfortable during the whole process. Scott remembered me each visit and we chatted like friends, it never felt clinical or weird as some appointments can feel. I highly recommend Balance Acupuncture and Scott. I'm very appreciative of the time I spent there.
I have been coming to see Scot every week for the last three weeks twice a week now. I cannot tell you how incredible I feel. Acupuncture has helped me in ways I didn’t know it would. As a small business owner myself I definitely needed help relaxing and being more calm. It has helped me greatly in these areas. I originally came to see Scot for the IVF protocol. I am hoping that acupuncture will also help me build my family. I cannot wait for my next visit!!
I started acupuncture treatments here back in January for Bell's Palsy, and am so thankful to Karyn for giving me the use of my entire face again. She was so helpful and kind, never pushy or forceful, and truly put my comfort first. She took the time to explain to me how the needles worked, constantly checking my comfort level, and the treatment itself was surprisingly relaxing. The rest of the office staff was also very nice every time I talked to them, and the atmosphere is clean and calming. 10/10 would recommend here.
