Adam did a great job explaining his findings and what was necessary versus simply an additional recommendation. I appreciated his honesty and ended up going with one of the recommended services. I would highly recommend Adam as anybody's next service technician.
12 days without getting a part was very disappointing. The company needs to invest and keep parts on hand for tech repair accessibility like its competitors do. An 85 year old without heat for that long was very disappointing. Jovanny the tech was committed and came out to install after hours, not his fault his employer doesn't have parts available to service heaters. Research wisely before chosing them. Luckily repairs were under warranty and no charge but I would they wouldn't of charged for the long delay.
Jose arrived on time and was very polite as he said what he was going to do. After being up on the roof in the bitter cold for an hour or so he returned with pictures and an explanation of what was needed to be done. After getting the parts he returned to the roof to clean and fix the unit. He was wonderful and I look forward to seeing him again!
The technician from Balanced Comfort was Humberto Martinez. He was very friendly and helpful. He explained precisely what the problem was with the heating system and informed me how to solve the issues with that system. He showed me on his laptop the relevant parts needed for this work and their individual prices. I was very happy with his work. He came in today and completed the work. The heating system is now working.
Estevan Rodriquez from Balanced Comfort came to our site for service on a water heater . I’m taking the time to write this review because he did such an amazing job with our water heater. He explained how certain components work and what is most likely the problem. He ultimately got our water heater to work and we are super delighted with the service he provided.
