Bartlett Roofing did an exemplary job replacing our old roof. Jordan S and his crew were efficient, friendly, and clean. Jordan communicated both in person and via text and call thoroughly throughout the process to keep us up to date on the progress and explaining what they were working on next. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the entire project.
Our roof replacement was completed yesterday, and the entire project was finished in just one day! From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. I want to specifically recognize Vitaliy, the project manager, for his excellent communication throughout the whole process. From the very beginning, he handled all communication and coordination with our insurance company on our behalf, kept us consistently updated, and managed every detail so we didn’t have to worry about anything. That level of support made the process completely stress-free. I also truly appreciated Jordan, the quality control manager, being present on the job site while the work was being done. He sent frequent updates and photos throughout the day, which gave me a lot of confidence. The roofing crew worked fast, professionally, and very efficiently. The results are beautiful. cleanup was flawless, and the quality and appearance of the roof exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Barlett Roofing to everyone I know.
Jordan S and Joe P were amazing to work with. Joe helped me finalize my HELOC with a roof inspection on the old roof and was patient enough to wait almost 2 months till funding. He worked with me to choose a color and skylight. Very pleasant process. Once we started the roof replacement Jordan was extremely accommodating and communicative. He sent me update photos and vent layouts through out the day and answered all the questions I had. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The crews were extremely fast and professional, true craftsman.
