An absolutely phenomenal way to spend a few hours on a rainy weekend. Fantastic range of arcade cabinets, pinball machines and retro consoles, and it is evident that the Base crew take great pride their machines because everything is in immaculate condition. Never waiting too long to get on the machine you've been eyeing up, and there's always something nearby to play in the meantime. I can't wait for the next pop up, in fact I might even book 2 sessions

Third visit with my son and nephews to Base Arcade and we'll still be back for more. It's been class to be able to share so many favourite childhood machines with them and discover new ones together in such an amazing setting. The passion the guys have for these games and cabinets is evident and makes for a very warm and welcoming atmosphere - incredibly helpful too! The four boys love playing NBA Jam together as well as all the shooters and I've rediscovered some old console favourites on recent visits. Sadly it's taking longer than I'd like to get back to previous Tony Hawk Pro Skater skill levels and I may have stuck it on the young fella's Switch off the back of it. Great venue with excellent pizzas. The next dates are over my birthday so I'm looking forward to making a night of it at the grown ups session soon! Keep up the good work lads, you've created something very special here.

Good crack playing lots of old arcade games and consoles. Galaga and PacMan were the faves. Great pinball too. Fun night out

I visited Base Arcade at Banana Block with four friends and we all had an absolutely amazing time. It was our 3rd time at a Base Arcade event. As always, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do, which really shows! There was a fantastic variety of retro machines to suit all of our preferences: from classic fighters to the weird and wacky ‘panic park’ (it’s my new fav!!) and everything in between. We never ran out of things to play. Every time we’ve been at Base Arcade, I finish the session wondering where the time flew! The venue itself is also excellent, with great food and drink options available, making it super easy to make a full night of it. Handy free parking close-by too which is a nice plus. Highly recommend checking it out, it really is unique, and we’ll definitely be back!

An incredible arcade, rammed full of wonderful machines, lovingly cared for by an unstoppable team. The fact that Base Arcade even exists feels like nothing short of magic. Magic created entirely by a small group of people, in it for the love of the game (pun intended). The work that goes into making this all happen is clearly monumental. It's evident when you see the Base Arcade dudes maintaining machines on the arcade floor, working long before it opens and well after it closes, and ensuring that everyone there is having the raddest time possible. As soon as you step in it's CRTs and smiles as far as the eye can see - pixels and pure pleasure abound. So yeah, I mean it when I say it's actual magic. But it's magic with a beating human heart, built on serious work, unstoppable passion and BANGER GAMES. Long live Base Arcade and all who sail in its circuitry.
