Very nice, locally made stuff/gifts
I love popping into Bay-Made when I am in the area! They have been my go to spot for gifts (and treats for myself!). I appreciate how Bay-Made features local artists and art/decor that feels true to the East Bay. One of my most treasured pieces of art is a poppy print I picked up from them a couple years back!
For the past 6 years, I have partnered with Sarajane and Bay-Made to create gift boxes for my firm's clients. Sarajane is great at thinking, literally, outside the box with me. Her access to local artisans and interesting goods and goodies translates to unique and welcome gifts. She's the BEST!
Fantastic gift shop! Everything is made by bay area artists which is an awesome angle. Very nicely curated collection. I've been there a few times and always come away with a few pieces that have been very well received! Also, we sent our 5-year-old to an art-camp in the back room: the teacher was great and the art they made was frame-worthy! well, in that really-good-5-year-old-art way :-).
Bay made sells unique artistic goods, and has a number of very fun evening classes. I've taken the calligraphy, print making, and screen printing classes and they were all fantastic!
