Made a very beautiful arrangement within the given budget, they were very kind and even sent pictures of the final arrangement before delivering it (which was also pretty quick considering it was around traffic hour!), will definitely be back whenever I need flowers
Very disappointing for the price. Ordered a bouquet (a bit last minute, granted) and paid quite a bit extra for the Premium upgrade - this is two tiers above standard. What was received looked very different from the picture - this is understandable given the timing around Mother’s Day - but also less full than what was supposed to be the standard option in the picture. In addition, less than a day after receiving the flowers, the roses are all already wilting without opening. This is quite disappointing given that I paid for the upgrade over the already increased Mother’s Day pricing. I’ve attached photos of the advertisement (noted as being the standard option),the flowers as received, and the wilting flowers one day later.
Just walked away from a lovely experience with Carla who made my bouquet. She walked through every step with me to make sure I loved what I got and she works within your budget if you choose that. So happy to share these flowers with a loved one, I enjoyed meeting you Carla! :)
I live on the other side of the country and was able to have flowers sent to a friend. I ordered online and needed to delay delivery for an undetermined amount of time. When I called back finally to resume the order, the staff were already prepared and got them out the next day. The flowers were delivered over 2 weeks ago and are still going strong according to my friend. Great customer service and a great product.
I asked for big sympathy flowers to be delivered to a funeral today. As much as I am in pain dealing with loss, I am more highly disappointed with the product, customer service (follow up, post delivery), and the overall experience. When I first made the order, I was met with great customer service on a call with I believe her name is Teresa. She took my money, the generous tip I gave in advance, assured me that the flowers is 6 foot and very big in height and size just like the photo on the website. Little did I know, the flowers that were delivered looked nothing like the photo and when I called the store and texted her personal number, I get no response. I paid $240 for the flowers and gave $10 tip. I DO NOT recommend this place and will be actively reaching to the store manager for a resolution. Noted I made the order in advance on 2/3 for the product to be delivered on 2/9. Update: I received a call back from the manager (Teresa) and she says I am not able to receive a refund and I requested that she text that to me and she said "Im not going to do that to my business so that you can be covered and Im not." in an unprofessional manner. It is not that I want free arrangements, Teresa, I just want the service and product to equate to what I paid for. I expressed that what was assured was going to be big in height and size and she said "Go measure it yourself." Update: This is the timeline of me trying to contact the store. I texted last night to confirm an order, in which the response was that its after business hours (understood). I responded to the text what time can I call in the morning, to which there was not response in text. Today (2/9), I called at 10:30am before the service to confirm details, then again at 11am, then 12:55pm, and finally got in contact with the owner at 1pm to discuss a resolution. Maybe a business suggestion would be to send a confirmation days before any delivery including pictures. That way, this situation would have been prevented.
