I highly recommend Shelly and the entire team at BPWP for hood cleaning services. Because of our restaurant hours, we need cleaning done late at night after 9:00 PM, and they have always been flexible and accommodating. Greetings to all, I feel it’s important to bring attention to a troubling situation faced by a fellow small, women-owned business within our industry—a business that, much like ours, embarked on its ambitious journey around the same time, navigating the fierce and often unforgiving landscape of competition. Regrettably, Roger and his team have engaged in practices that raise serious ethical concerns, displaying a pattern of behavior that undermines trust and professionalism. Over the course of several years, they have accepted payments for various services and projects without delivering the promised results, casting a shadow over the dedication and honesty so many small businesses work tirelessly to maintain. I only learned of this troubling behavior through another industry competitor, which makes the situation all the more disheartening. I urge everyone to exercise caution when dealing with this company, as their actions do not come recommended.
