I just wanted to share my amazing experience with Rosie! She is an absolute pro - super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Her conservative approach and artistic vision gave me natural-looking results that I love. Rosie is so gentle and precise, I'd recommend her to anyone. I had the best experience at Bellissima Medical Aesthetics! I won a mini facial from their spin-the-wheel game at the Bakersfield Women’s Business Conference and was so impressed from start to finish. Sarah was my nurse and she was absolutely amazing—knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. I ended up getting a little Newtox and had some old lip filler dissolved from a previous place, and I’m so happy with the results already. I can’t wait to come back for microneedling with PRP. Highly recommend Bellissima for anyone looking for expert care and a welcoming atmosphere!
I originally wanted to love this place Rosie seemed really nice and caring in the beginning. I went in for threads for my neck area when she looked at my face she suggested threads for my cheeks and jawline as well she gave me a bargain deal so I took it. Then as the weeks went by I noticed not enough difference in my neck and jaw areas. I went somewhere else for a consult and they told me that for the areas in my face I should’ve got at least 6 to 8 pdo threads originally, If I recall correctly she only used 3 threads on each side which wasn’t enough for the lift I wanted. She, Rosie had given me her personal number in case I had questions or concerns and I did let her know I wasn’t happy she kept saying I was still swollen to wait it out and that she’d include a few more threads to fix my issue. I waited it out for 2 months and she stopped replying to my texts I asked her how much it would cost for me if I paid for the extra threads myself instead of to wait for her to fix my concerns and I never heard back from her so I didn’t bother calling back or texting back I also let her receptionist know I was not happy with her work she said she’d let her know. Regardless she never reached out to me so I stopped recommending this place to the people I know. Don’t go here Noor aesthetics is so much more helpful try them.
I couldn't have asked for better customer service and patient care. The staff is friendly. Rosie is top notch. She is both attentive and informative. I had gone elsewhere for injections and was unhappy with the results. Rosie was able to pinpoint the issue and resolve it. My results are better than I expected and she took the time to make sure I was happy with the outcome and that it was done right. She is skilled at what she does. I highly recommend Bellisima.
