I had an excellent experience. It was easy to book someone (Phillip who was awesome) to come out and sort my faulty shower drain. During my initial phone call and during the repair process I was kept informed and so I was able to make decisions about what was needed. Also I was informed about the price to go with said work before it was done which meant I didn't get any expensive surprises which was awesome. I also got info about looking after my drain with proper cleaning stuff. Very good service and I will use again if I need to.
Excellent service! We are a business in central Belfast and discovered our gents toilet cistern was leaking, and also into the floor below. One call, a bit of info, and the fella was here in 15 mins. Found the problem, fixed it, all sorted. Its not cheap for any emergency tradesperson, but as far as we're concerned its better to pay emergency call out rate, than wait, and have an issue x100 worse the next day. Highly recommended! Thanks again!!
Brilliant service from start to finish. Needed help with a broken tap and they fixed it quickly with no fuss. Great communication, reasonable pricing, and a really pleasant plumber. Highly recommend!
The only plumber I could get hold of at 4am on the early hours of Sunday morning. So thankful they arrived within 30 minutes (I’m in newtownards) and fixed the issue promptly. Highly recommend!
Rang about a non urgent leak and someone came out very quickly to fix it. Price was reasonable for the time taken, everything fully explained, and the plumber couldn't have been nicer. Thanks!
