I can’t recommend Terry enough! He recently fitted a new bathroom for me and did an absolutely fantastic job. Everything was done to a really high standard, on time, and he made sure to clean up properly afterwards. My biggest praise for Terry was when I phoned him cause my sister had an emergency when her toilet pipe broke late in the evening. Terry came out last minute, sorted the problem quickly, and made sure she wasn’t left stuck which shows what type of guy he is. Honestly no one better to use!
Terry came out and diagnosed the issue straight away booked me in turned up on the day and completely fixed the issue was extremely helpful and efficient. Would definitely recommend and will be using Terry to service my boiler from now on.
I recently purchased a home and required a new heating system. Terry came out and quoted a great price for the new boiler, replacing 3 radiators and a number of repairs. Terry was professional, friendly and open to any questions I had about the new smart system that he installed. Terry was very thorough with the work and cleanliness, with the house being kept clean throughout the few days he was working. I would highly recommend Terry to anyone who is looking for any plumbing work.
Hi, I have been using this company Heating Solutions NI for my businesses and I would like to tell you that the service provided by this company is first class, Terry the gas engineer is a gentleman and he takes great pride in his workmanship, I thought that I was fussy until I seen his work it’s so tidy and neat I really appreciate his focus to fine detail so I really recommend him to you for all your gas installation and services trust me you won’t be disappointed. Fixed the boiler but didn't plug back the black boiler flue pipe that exhaust water so I ended up with boiler leaking water which ruined my kitchen ceiling. I was away for couple of months and was surprised when I came back seeing stains everywhere in my kitchen and the reason was the boiler. Post Review: The company called me after posting this review and It's really shame that the company accused me of causing this myself by attempting to fix the boiler again by myself. So Not just they didn't do their job properly first-time but also dare to accuse me of doing it by myself. By common sense, If the problem happened again wouldn't it be easier for me to call this company to fix it again, since they I've already paid them to fix it first-time, or at-least tell me how to do that. Also I don't have the tools to open the boiler case/cover. They insists that its me who did it myself after swearing to them that I didn't touch the boiler since he fixed it in Dec and can prove them that I've been away for long holiday since January and just returned home in mid-March.
