So disappointed. I know customer service is not what it used to be but I could always count on Berridge if I bought a planter and a plant to pot it for me at no extra charge. That is why I didn't mind going out of my way to buy plants and items there. Well no more. I asked them to pot something for me, thinking that it was still a free service, thinking good customer service, then after I got the planter potted I realized there was a charge for the soil and the labor to put it in. Unfortunately, I will no longer be going to Berridge. That was the benefit of going there because of their good customer service. I guess everything ends. Very disappointed in my shopping experience. To add, if they would have said to me since we love our customers, we will do this as a one time only this time to thank you for being a good customer, I would have come back again and paid to have it potted next time now that I am educated of the change in policy. But that wasn't offered so I sadly had them unpot the plant because I wasn't told before they potted it the cost and sadly took my plant and pot home to repot when I got home. Where is the customer service anymore.

I had the most incredible experience with Berridge Nurseries, thanks to Josi Tank! I called from across the country with a custom request for my mom, who is recovering from surgery in the Phoenix area and unable to set up a Christmas tree this year. From start to finish, Josi transformed what began as a simple inquiry into one of the most thoughtful and meaningful customer experiences I have ever had. She spent the next 24 hours texting and calling me with ideas, asking for feedback, and thoughtfully designing a beautiful, desert-inspired faux Christmas tree that would bring holiday cheer without any maintenance. The final result was absolutely stunning—something my mom will cherish for years. Josi’s kindness, creativity, and dedication turned a tough situation into something heartwarming and joyful. Exceptional customer service like this is rare. Berridge is incredibly lucky to have her!

This is an old nursery that has always been 5 stars. Helping, experienced, friendly employees are always available. The stock and variety are excellent. Advice received makes this the place to get something that usually lasts and thrives. The layout both indoors and outside is very attractive and sensibly organized. For this customer I have always completed a visit with both plant, advice and things that will usually help the plant to thrive.

I just found this place today and all I can say is WOW!! If you love plants (any kind) you HAVE to visit this place. They have all kinds of outdoor plants including hard to find veggies and fruits, but the real magic in my opinion is all the tropical and succulent plants they have. My jaw was open the entire time browsing around. I need more shelves before returning to get more plants.. I'm going to end up spending so much money here, it's scary... (tho their prices are very reasonable, I'm just going to buy a lot lol).
