Navigating buying my first home was a rollercoaster of emotions and Lauren, being the fabulous badass that she is, guided me through it with ease and comfort. Lots of smiles, tears, hugs, and words of encouragement were given. We finally found my own little piece of happiness (with chickens 🐓) 😆. Tara was amazing! As my first home purchase, she walked me through the process. She was trustworthy and I bought at an excellent price. The building was beautiful and safe, she helped me find a wonderful place to live. Being easy to talk to is important, since you are stressed out from the experience and probably on edge and perhaps unintentionally snippy. She knew the area well and gave excellent advice. If you're looking for a home in Virginia Beach and the surrounding area, I would recommend Tara wholeheartedly.
I cannot speak highly enough about Melissa Everson. She is a top notch realtor. She went above and beyond for my family to help us find the perfect home to purchase and to get our current house ready to sell at the same time. With her guidance we were able to get multiple offers on our house and we ended up getting well over list price.
