We recently closed on our new home and had a fantastic experience working with Taylor, Amanda, and Jennifer. The team was professional, timely, and always available to answer our (many) questions. They helped ease our minds with any concerns that came up and took all the pressure off the long checklist leading up to closing. They were excellent liaisons between our lender, the closing group, the seller’s agent, and everyone else involved. They kept communication clear to ensure everything stayed on track for an on time close. Although our move wasn’t a PCS, we are an active duty military family. We really appreciated working with this team who specializes in military needs. Their understanding of working with VA Loans made the entire process even smoother. Wanted to share the best experience I have had in 40 years of buying and selling quite a few personal homes. Martin Prosper Jr, was absolutely amazing to wok with, I’m retired military, and spent five years as a Drill Sgt. So my expectations for excellence are very high. Let me tell you that Martin, far exceeded what was expected. He treated my complete transaction with his full attention to details. Martin quickly established trust with my family and demonstrated his mastery of real estate, helping us complete the purchase and making great decisions along the way. Martin bought a complete team to the process, to include brokers, inspectors and attorneys. If you have high standards and are looking for the BEST! I highly recommend you speak with Martin, I can promise you, you will be glad you did.
Even though I haven’t personally bought or sold a home with CoVa Collective Realty, I’ve had the chance to attend several of their client appreciation events, and I’m always so impressed.
