Really good food and drink here! I'd suggest getting there early or late around prime lunch/dinner times, because they were very busy especially around the holidays! Loved the food - had prime rib, salads, steak and everyone had positive things to say. Will be back!

Food was okay overall, a so so experience for me. Portions were generous, but not everything stood out. The chicken tenders were definitely the winner/highlight, crispy and well seasoned. Not sure I’d go back, but it was fine for a casual meal.

The Thai Peanut salad entree was sickeningly sweet. The bottom of the dish was a souplike syrupy mess, the dressing itself lacking any other flavor than sweet. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, with dark warm tones. I will be back to try something other than the salad.

I was a little disappointed by my visit to Black Canyon. I heard a lot about this place from friends and family and was excited to finally visit. Pros: Bang Bang Shrimp was fantastic and eaten before I could even remember to take a photo Cons: Broccoli that came with Prime Rib did not even look cooked or steamed Family Lobster Mac was very far from what I consider Mac&Cheese - this was much closer to Pasta with Lobster in a white sauce I drank both my soft drink and my water and still had to ask for a refill instead of receiving one When ordering my burger with two patties the waiter warned me of how big they were and made some inappropriate joke about wanting a lot of meat in my mouth. Once I received my burger it is just a normal sized patty, disappointing for both the advice and the off putting joke Bill came out and once again no refill Overall I just expected more from such a well received and reviewed restaurant

My 1st time at Black Canyon and the experience was amazing! It was a Wednesday evening and they were busy. I had an 8oz filet mignon (med rare) with a loaded baked potato and salad. All of it was truly Deliciousness 💖 The desserts were Big portions, too 🤗 So very Good
