I will start with the good. The drinks and food were absolutely wonderful. Now the bad. During Savor Ft Wayne I thought I would take advantage of the good deal they had advertised. Wanting to try something different for my and my dad's birthdays, I made reservations (which you have to prepay) for a Sunday afternoon. We arrived early and I told them I had made reservations online and that I was hoping to take advantage of the Savor deal. They said it was fine, they would refund what I had paid and then charge me the $60 for the deal + any extra for our 3rd person. They said that our lane was still busy and that as soon as that party was done and they got the area cleaned up, they would come and get us and take us back. They said for us to have a seat at the bar, play cornhole (that was not an option they were all filled up) or we could play bocce (have no idea where that was even located) while we waited for our reservation time. We chose to sit at the bar and have a drink while we waited. While sitting there, we noticed that there were 2 lanes not being used. Our reservation time came and went and nobody came over to get us. I asked the manager at the bar and she said I had to go check in. I had assumed that when I first got there and gave them my name and they told me to wait that I had already checked in. There was a group of probably 8 people waiting at the front desk and there was NOBODY around. When the employee finally came back she helped them and they immediately got a lane. I was a little miffed to say the least. When she came back from taking them to their lane, I told her my name and that we had a reservation that we had been waiting on. She told me that she had looked all over for us (we were sitting at the bar like they had suggested) and unfortunately since we didn't check in on time (we checked in almost 45 min early) that somebody had already reserved the lane after us so we will not get the full hour of bowling (mind you that lane we saw empty earlier was still empty). That did NOT make me happy at all. We got to our lane got 9 frames in and the game shut off. Our time was over. UNBELIEVABLE!! It was not our fault we were late starting so why were we punished with only getting maybe 25 minutes of bowling??? They did give me a $30 gift card for our "troubles". We were able to take advantage of the food portion of the Savor deal. It was good. Got our bill, it was for the total amount of the Savor deal + the extra person's meal. We reminded them that I had already paid $40 online. They said it would take a couple days to get that returned to my account. Trust me, I'm going to be checking that daily. I was not impressed at all. Cool concept but reservations are poorly maintained. Since we had to drive almost an hour to get there, pretty sure I will not be going back.

Ordered carryout and was pretty shocked at how bad the food was. Their portions are small which would have been fine if the food was decent, but definitely not for the prices. Everything we got was inedible/no one was happy with their meal, to the point we had to order food from a different place. The chicken tenders were 2 inch strips of meat, fries had no flavor, the burger was completely dried out, and the brisket sandwich was fatty and rubbery. The only decent thing was the buffalo chicken dip that they did not give us chips for. $90 on bar food that went into the trash. Highly disappointed. **Edit to add that they didn't take my name for the order or give me a receipt. Luckily I kept my gift cards or there wouldn't have been proof of the purchase. I called to talk to a manager and was told that she was on a different floor and they couldn't transfer calls between floors. The manager didn't give me her name, didn't apologize for the poor experience, and I'm currently waiting on a call back as she has to sort through the orders due to them not taking my name for it. Not real hopeful that she will get back with me.

The food is amazing! The duckpin bowling is so much fun. It's great that you get eat and play at the same time. You can just see everyone having a good time. Although sometimes the food can be too good and you'll get distracted by the deliciousness and forget about the bowling completely. 😅

Pinhouse Social offers a fun atmosphere perfect for a night out. With over 8 beers on tap and excellent non-alcoholic drink options, there’s something for everyone. The customer service is top-notch, and a special shout out to Kyle for going above and beyond by lending me a phone charger when I needed it. Highly recommend! Just a quick note that the bowling does get loud. Not too loud that you can’t hear your friends talking though.

We came in for date night and it was fairly busy. We waited at the bar and ordered drinks. The menu on the bowling floor is not the same as the one on the golf floor. Honestly that was kind of annoying because you cant get the same drinks. The wait staff was nice but did not seem to know what they were doing when we wanted to bowl. It's $40 an hour to bowl and most of the drinks on the menu and over $10. The fries were realy good. We ordered them loaded but waitress said we didn't and also never brought my last drink over. They do have a corn hole area, pinball machine ($1 a game), and one dart board on this level. It is very loud as well. Overall it was a good time. I would definitely come back.
