My artist was Amber, and she did an amazing job with my tattoo. I got a rose tattooed on my wrist and she perfectly blended colors to give the petals more depth. She also used well placed skin breaks to give the tattoo dimension. I had a great experience talking about our love of Star Wars, and would absolutely go back for future tattoos.
After an unhappy experience, the owner, Anthony, took the time to reach out to me. Anthony was extremely helpful and generous enough to offer a coverup at no charge. I chose to get a piercing instead and he did it for me. Thank you to Anthony and the rest of the staff present for being kind and empathizing with my previous experience. I’m very satisfied with my experience this time around!
Amazing first piercing experience here! Got my eyebrow done back in December as a walk in. The piercer there made sure I liked the placement and made the process super smooth and easy. Because of this I’d say the pain was super minimal. The cleaning instructions were also pretty clear and my friend even got advice on her piercing. We also got free pins! Will be returning for all future piercings!
Ryana was great. Had a problem with one of my gold hoops and came in after trying to get help from another shop. She was patient, kind and fixed me up without charge! Will definitely be back for my next piercings and hoops! Black Sapphire is the best in Madison.
John did a fantastic job! He’s super nice and patient. My daughter and I got matching tattoos and they turned out so good! My daughter absolutely loved her tattoo and it was her first one….super exciting!!!
