Justice has provided outstanding service yet again! He helped my husband and me furnish our condo three months ago, and today he went above and beyond to assist with a mattress exchange. He was patient, informative, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right fit. He even advocated on my behalf to get the delivery fee dismissed. Highly recommend him!
Update: my item got delivered this morning, one week late! Even though I am mad about that, the delivery guys were really nice and were able to set up my piece within 6 mins. And they left cleaning up every little piece which i appreciated! Do not do bobs unless you can grab the item yourself or dont have a job thats based off commission like mine. I bought a four door cabinet from Bob’s last month. I choose the white glove delivery service so that they could deliver my new cabinet and set it up in my new place for my business. I had to block a whole day of appts. They were suppose to deliver on November 18th sometime in the afternoon but then I got a text saying that it was delayed by at least 5 hours. So I went to my place to wait at around 5 pm. They called at 6:50 saying that they couldnt deliver until after 7:30 pm. I didnt feel comfortable waiting that late so the guy on the phone said that they could deliver in the morning. This morning rolls around and they arrive. I thought, yay! Well I go out to meet the driver and then he proceeds to tell me through google translate that my piece isnt even on the truck! I tried calling customer service and the first guy I talked to blamed me for not waiting last night. I really hope that they can deliver tomorrow but its not gauntreed due to it being a full truck. I cant cancel appts or i loose money. The second person I talked to was nice about it thankfully.
I absolutely loved everything about our first experience here . Lauren was front and center , and my husband and I are real hard sell ! And really opinionated and what we want and how we want it, she was absolutely perfect , showed us what we wanted, options, and ended up getting the Light Brown, Point Notch Sectional in the back for 1,890 $ full payment up front,pet warranty , delivery, old couch removal, and stain resistant, pillows and blanket including. took less than estimated to deliver, for the same price the city charges. The Managers who took our payment was detail orientated , and offered us the lowest we have ever seen for add on's in the Madison Area. I highly recommend this location for first time buyers with money to spend while staying in budget. As well as variety and customization options.
We have purchased furniture from Bob’s in the past as well, and was pleased with our previous experience so we returned to the Madison, Wisconsin Bob’s for furniture when we purchased a new home. Once again, Bob’s does not disappoint, the furniture is -great quality and very competitively priced. The thing that makes Bob’s different is the sales staff. Our sales person, James, was an absolute joy to work with, there is no pressure. You won’t feel pushed , but rather assisted to your own areas of interest. James was absolutely fabulous, stayed in touch with me when we weren’t sure about measurements, extremely helpful in every way and so patient. When we completely changed our design plan, he stayed with us the whole time, no pressure, no hurry, just a relaxed day and someone to help you with questions and answers. When we finally decided on our choices, He was very helpful in assisting us with delivery dates. I can’t say enough good things about Bob’s, and if you’re lucky enough to get James as your sales rep, you will have a great experience. PS, don’t overlook the importance of snacks, they have a coffee bar and complementary snacks, to make your shopping more pleasant. Where else can you eat complimentary ice cream in a furniture store?☺️
Bob's discount furniture is a place that we plan on doing more buildings with. We had first visited a different furniture store that's much closer to where we live. However, they offer a much higher delivery fee than Bob's does. Plus the sofa we were looking for was less at Bob's. That is what I like to call a double win! I can say that the staff at Bob's were curtious and professional. I would like to also add something else. The two delivery guys (bueno persona's) were the best! They contacted me before arriving and they were considerate and professional as well. Great job to you both! Looking forward to purchasing more from Bob's discount furniture.
