I’ve been using Blue On Time since early December to manage my Airbnb while I was overseas, and their support has been invaluable. They handled a full pre-season deep clean, ongoing changeover cleans, and linen service, along with additional services such as steam cleaning and assistance with small maintenance matters. Across multiple bookings, their reliability and consistency have been excellent. What stood out most was their clear and effective communication. Managing everything remotely meant I needed a team I could trust with keys, access, and timing, and Blue On Time delivered on all fronts. Updates were prompt and professional, which gave me real peace of mind while I was away. The cleaning standard has been consistently high. The only minor challenge was around initial presentation details, which would have been resolved easily with someone onsite to walk through final Airbnb setup and quantities (linen, pillows, household items). Once clarified, everything worked smoothly. Overall, Blue On Time has been dependable, professional, and easy to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to other Airbnb hosts looking for a reliable cleaning and linen service, especially when managing a property remotely.

Highly recommend for AIRBNB & HIRE LINEN Services ! Blue On Time look after my Airbnb, 2 bedroom Apartment in Surfers Paradise, which we also use for our family holidays. I'm extremely happy with their Customer service, it is excellent, they never keep you waiting ! Their whole approach from start to finish for servicing an Airbnb is outstanding. It's so easy to use their Spreadsheet that includes my bookings, notes for each booking, it shows when the cleaning has been completed & when I've paid for that service. The cleaners are amazing! Their attention to detail is exactly what I asked for & when I ask for anything in particular, they respond & make sure it is completed to a high standard. I was sceptical to hire linen as I've always supplied my own 5 Star quality linen, but I'm extremely impressed with the quality of their hire linen, towels & pool towels provided. It's helped my family & I to be able to relax & enjoy our stay when we arrive. A big thank you to Daniel & his team 😊
