Been using regularly since 2019 for a range of alterations (pants, dresses etc) and never had any issues. The items are always ready super quick and prices are reasonable. The staff are also more than happy to help
Horrible experience, not profressional at all, I had attitude from the very beginning. I had to chase up where my dress was. And charged so much. $353 what the actual. Then I got told It took long because the ladies husband has cancer.... was that to make me feel bad? I will not go there again, and hope no one else gets treated like that. Absolutely do not recommend. Dont deserve a star, but had to so I could put this review up.
extremely helpful and professional. I only had 48 hours to get my dress aulted. HTCA had my dress ready to be picked up in 24 hours. I can't speak highly enough of this company. Thank you so so much. you are literally amazing.
