Working with Greig over the last 6-months has been really enjoyable. He is knowledgable, passionate and always happy to go the extra mile for his clients. I found his exercises and philosophy really interesting and fresh for my running. As well as the hour of PT a week, Greig was happy to help plug in sessions throughout the week for me - both gym and running - to help get the most out of everyday. I’ve been working with Grieg as a remote running coach, as I came back from a major injury. The programme was tailored to my specific needs and really comprehensive including strength, conditioning and flexibility sessions which were super helpful.
