BOOMBOX delivers an incredible boxing and fitness experience! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by a friendly staff and an upbeat, high-energy atmosphere that truly motivates you to push toward your fitness goals. Angie, the instructor, was phenomenal, her energy is contagious, and she made sure I got the absolute most out of every move. My triceps are still sore, Angie! 😁 If you’re looking for a fun, challenging, and empowering workout, I highly recommend giving BOOMBOX a try. I will definitely be returning! 🥊💪
10/10 place!! Loved it so much and will definitely be back. The coach/instructor kept the energy high. Loved the atmosphere was perfect. Parking is a little right but overall it's worth the trip.
Update: Still going to and enjoying these classes, 3.5 years in - on a monthly plan now! I've had a lot of schedule conflicts this year with my usual class day, so I've gotten to try many more coaches, and still haven't had a bad one. Still love Reggie/Jefe's classes, but also, don't sleep on Russel/The Lion, he's a hidden gem. I think folks that frequent Boombox likely know this, but I'll flag that if you're looking for the most intensive classes, you'll want to try Angela/AJ Boomin's sessions. _____________ The headline: Boombox offers an challenging but adjustable, fun, unpretentious, overall great workout, which changes with every class. I've been coming to these classes ~1x/week for close to a year now, and I am super grateful that this gym is relatively close to home. I work harder than I can motivate myself to do, and the coaches (Reggie/Jefe is most my speed of those I've tried, but they've all been good) offer great encouragement without too much criticism or nitpicking. The music and atmosphere also make a big difference, and people are friendly, with a range of fitness levels, and not cult-y - you can be social if you like, but you can also get in and out. The classes change with every session, so they never get boring or repetitive. You get to reserve your specific spot. And, with the combination of strength and boxing rounds, each class in itself passes quickly - with fitness classes I have often found myself waiting out the clock, but that's not the case here. I won't say it's cheap, but with small classes and a great location I find the prices more than reasonable, a bargain if you can swing it. Overall, big thanks to the BOOMBOX team!
Everything about this place is great. The classes and instructors are fun and thoughtful, the music and vibes are always on point, and the ease of scheduling classes is so appreciated. Not to mention I get a great workout and leave feeling on cloud 9 every time! I’m officially a fan of Boombox.
This gym is everything! I love the music, decor, energy of the instructors, and the workout is AMAZING! I took a class with AJ Boomin’ and it was on time, intense but not intimidating, and easy for me to follow as a newcomer. AJ modeled each move in proper form and allowed for adjustments for impact and fitness level. I felt welcomed, challenged, and had a great time dancing in the breaks. The bathrooms were also clean and stocked with toiletries. I will definitely be back again!
