I have been attending classes here since its inception. I love Breathe 3 and all the instructors. They take you through a wellness journey and make sure you’re doing everything right for your body and mind. It’s a wonderful experience and escape. Highly recommend!
Pilates at Breathe 3 Wellness has truly been life-changing in so many ways. I began Pilates two years ago following a reverse shoulder replacement performed by Dr. Jamie Lynch, and I worked closely with Dr. Brian Parr, PT, who practices in the same location as Breathe 3. My shoulder continues to gain strength every day, and the pace of my recovery is accelerating each week. I am now able to do things I haven’t done in over 40 years — I can plank, practice downward dog, and even rest comfortably in child’s pose! The instructors are incredibly encouraging, knowledgeable, and attentive. They seem just as excited about my progress as I am, which makes every session motivating and joyful. Through Pilates, I’ve finally found the discipline, direction, and consistency I’ve been seeking for decades — and I don’t plan on ever stopping my Pilates practice.
I took my first Pilates class yesterday and had a great experience. The studio was clean and comfortable, the instructor (Mary) was very helpful, and even the music was on point- Great class all around. I left feeling really good, and I look forward to trying more classes.
I've been taking a variety of pilates classes for years, but this was my first time using a reformer. It brings an entire new level to the workout! I thought Mallory did a fantastic job guiding us through the class. Her instructions were clear and well paced. This was clearly an entry-level class, but it's easy to see how the difficulty level can easily be increased. Definitely a good experience!
This pilates studio is right by my office and I finally got around to attending a class and let me tell you, Miranda is so phenomenal!! I haven't had the chance to take a class with any of the other instructors yet, but I am sure they're all fabulous, I've spoken with multiple of them prior to today. I have done some pilates at home, but had never taken a class before, and I was honestly nervous going into a studio for the first time, but Miranda was so informative and patient and really helped me with understanding the fundamentals and the basics, so that every single movement was completely thought out and effective. I cannot wait to take another class!
