We had a small backyard/livingroom wedding this year and asked Freya to prepare a few arrangements, a bouquet, and a few boutonnieres for our ceremony. We gave her a few colors to work with and told her our story. What we got was stunning, beautiful, better than we could have imagined. Freya's selection of flowers and elements brought the right touch of elegance to our special event. Thank you Freya!
My mother was diagnosed with an aggressive, terminal cancer and wanted to be an active participant in planning her celebration of life. I reached out to Brother and Sisters Flower Shop with a somewhat vague request: I needed help planning an event, likely soon, without a fixed date— a funeral mass followed by a celebration of life reception. There were specific floral requests and color preferences, but a lot of flexibility as well. Freya took the call, and from that moment, I never had to worry. Everything was handled with such grace and confidence. Grief is difficult, and the logistics of death can be overwhelming. However, I found profound comfort in seeing my mother’s final wishes carried out with such thoughtful care, attention, and abundant beauty. Thank you, Freya and team.
This shop is so beautiful and charming. Having visited lots of plant and garden stores, I do think they have a unique aesthetic and direction. Notable would be all the colorful dried straw flowers they have. They also have tons of creative tableaus and installations. Reasonable prices, too. Very helpful staff. BE HERE
¡Este lugar es una joya escondida! No es la típica floristería. Es un hermoso oasis escondido en el corazón del centro de Oakland. El personal fue muy amable y muy servicial. ¡Tienes que visitar este lugar incluso si no necesitas flores! ¡Corre! ¡No camines!
¡Qué tienda tan hermosa! Esta tienda tiene excelentes ramos y suculentas en macetas y otras plantas. Muchos parecen caros al principio, pero vienen con las macetas en las que están, que a menudo son muy geniales. Todo está bien organizado y el personal es servicial.
