Excellent service by Ramod! My furnace had been out 2 days. 1st company came out and couldnt figure out the problem, was here 2 hours! Ramod came out and had the furnace blower repaired and working in 1 hour! Price was great also.

Nothing tests your patience like a furnace dying on a Tuesday night in the middle of a cold snap. I called Browns at 9 PM expecting a 'we'll get to you tomorrow' response, but they actually had a technician out within two hours. He was professional, diagnosed a faulty igniter, and had the part on his truck. What I appreciated most was the flat-rate pricing; he told me the cost upfront before turning a single wrench, so I wasn't sitting there stressing about a mounting hourly bill.

We had Brown’s install a new water heater on 12/13/25, and discovered a leak on 12/14/25 due to faulty installation. The water damage has resulted in half of our kitchen being ripped out. Our home is unlivable. Of course the installation issue is a problem, but what I’ve been most disappointed by is their lack of responsiveness in getting the leak fixed and getting the insurance process moving so the restoration work can begin. Their voicemail is full and they are not responsive over text. They also didn’t help with getting someone out to fix the leak because it was Sunday and their office is closed on Sunday. This is not acceptable for emergencies - they need to have someone on call. This company needs to get it together.
