We have used Bullseye Plumbing since we moved into our house 8 years ago and have always been happy with them. After a less than complete service yesterday, Bullseye sent another technician right out, and he corrected the problem right away. We will continue to use them due to the way they responded to what turned out to be an oversight.
John Pennington is the best plumber ever!!! He went above and beyond. I am very serious when I say he cares about the people he goes out to help. I couldn’t have asked for a better company. Thank you Mr. Rooter for having an amazing employee. If I could give him a raise. You know I would.

We had a clogged shower drain and bullseye was able to get us an appointment same day! Maya was the technician and she was super professional and knowledgeable did a great job and got us back up and running quickly and even cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend
Hired Bullseye plumbing to come install a water filter we had purchased for our hot water dispenser in our kitchen sink. During the appointment, it was discovered that our hot water dispenser should've been connected to another line, they offered to connect to the cold water line for an additional charge and I agreed. 1 hour of work and $480 later the job was finished and they left. When I came home from work my wife mentioned how the water pressure from our kitchen faucet had significantly decreased. I called the technician back and he mentioned that he had noticed that too, and that for an additional charge he can come back and fix it. After spending that amount of money for an hours work and then to be left with a slow running faucet I am not happy. Water pressure was fine before work was done, if he recognized a problem was created with whatever he did he should have fixed it before leaving me to discover something was wrong. Update: spoke with Shauna at Bullseye who stated that according to the technician my water was shut off when he had arrived, so the starting and ending pressure of my faucet could not be compared. This is either poor recall or an outright lie as the water was on and used that night. During my conversation with her, I also didn't appreciate the passive aggressiveness. I had to cut the conversation short with her due to work but agreed to call back and work things out and when I tried calling back it appears that my number is blocked or can't connect to their office (tried multiple numbers). I ended up calling from another line and it went straight through to another employee who stated that she had left for the day at 1pm. Still waiting for resolution and hope we can find one.
