This company totally ripped off one of my customers. They had a 1 inch RP backflow leaking. They gave these guys a call not knowing it was attached to the sprinkler system, they came out and told her she needed to replace the back flow. They charged her over $2,000 for something that could have been rebuilt with a $40 rubber gasket kit. Two ProPress fittings and a new backflow. This company is dishonest and not a good company to work with I would not recommend. Edit: There was not damage to the exterior of the copper backflow. That is a flat out lie. It was an RP backflow the only damage will come if it froze and broke. Please do not use this company the so-called master plumber is a master scammer.
I’m happy enough with Western Peak Plumbing. Tony managed to arrive an hour ahead of the expected time, which is a nice surprise. It looks like clogged drain was fixed, and price? Well, everything is expensive nowadays, so what do you expect? I appreciate this company for getting my issue taken care of in a timely manner.
I paid 400 dollars for nothing. They were late and then spent most of their time elsewhere. I was told they couldn't replace valve because they don't make it anymore. They stated they would need to completely rebuild my shower. I just replaced the valve myself. The new valve cost me $10. See photo of valve that I bought myself.
Wonderful!! This company saved two of our residents. We had two hot water heaters go out and Western Peak was able to come out within a couple of hours to replace one and then the next day was able to change out the other. Ryan and Easton were our techs. They were FANTASTIC. We will always call Western Peak!!
I am thoroughly impressed with my experience with everyone at Western Peak Plumbing. I have an older home, with some “quirks” and these guys have always been able to help come up with great solutions that are mindful of the integrity of the home but also are market fair. From the office team to the onsite team, everyone was extremely kind, knowledgable, and clean! The job itself, the guys here wanted to make sure everything looked good and was done well. The quote team was quick to get back to me too on how much the job would cost and scheduling was quick, which has not been my experience with other companies in the area. No need to hunt down this team! Hands down favorite group to work with!
