Half an hour wait but it was worth it, the rubean sandwich was a good combination of flavours and was paired nicely with the home made sourdough. Good lunch spot. Many thanks.
I normally love Burleigh Baker bread. I understand the skill and quality that usually goes in...but what happened today?? An expensive loaf of bread at $11 and it is by no means fresh. I would almost say I think it was frozen and defrosted. Then a simple thing of slicing...look at the pic of uneven slicing. So very disappointed. I would happily pay for quality but they dropped the ball today. With others in the market offering fresher I should have gone there.
I’ve ordered here a few times this past year and have LOVED it every-time. The team is always so welcoming, festive, professional and so swift! Think I’m hooked on the Avo Toast plus Bacon and a Fried Egg 👌🏽🥰 thanks for always making my morning guys! See you again soon!
The owner is very generous. I work nearby and he sometimes brings us bread or croissants. So this makes my day haha Everything tastes amazing! You should try the almond croissants 🥐 Aw and there is a girl called Javi working there that is lovely too! Thanks!!!
We walked 10 Km today from Broadbeach to Burleigh to get their Sourdough Fruit loaf. Yes a long way but worth it even if expensive. Whilst there had a coffee, Portugese tart and a Sausage roll. All pretty good. They have a place in Paradise Point also. Very happy with their product and service.
