Casey Goodman, Ryan Starr, Mr. Reyes and the receptionist all went out of their way to make sure my experience at Caliber Collision was a good one. They were all knowledgeable, professional, courteous, informative and friendly. Casey did an amazing job repairing my truck damage and I could not be more satisfied. (For some reason this post is listed as being from Landry, but it is actually from Steven Arnoldy.)
I moved to Texas from Oklahoma and need to find a location to get my car repaired since I am not familiar with the area. I read reviews online first and since majority to of the reviews were good. I decided to call Caliber to inquire if this was the repair shop next to the Enterprise where I would be picking up my rental. (I was trying to keep everything in same area if posdible) Bree answered and was very rude, when I asked if they were located next door to Enterprise. Her dismissive and condescending response let me know this shop would not be getting my business. The front desk really sets the tone for me. If the front staff if rude I'll gladly go elsewhere and when the front staff is kind and respectful its make a difficult experience so much more bearable
Went in for an estimate and get some minor work done right before Christmas. Didn’t look busy. Some guy in the back chimed in when I told him I wanted work done he said it’s 400 dollars in rivots alone. I personally didn’t care about the cost but after that it took them awhile to take pictures of the car. Definitely didn’t feel like they wanted to do work on the car or they even cared.
Had to get repairs done here through my insurance but the team did a truly amazing job of getting my car back to the quality that I had it before and even better. Amazing people at this location and Nick was great at quality checking everything making sure it was good to go. Highly recommend this location and team to anyone needing repair services.
Outstanding Service I brought my car in for some body repair work after a fender bender, and I’m incredibly impressed with the entire experience. Brian was amazing from start to finish. He walked me through the estimate, explained what needed to be done, and kept me updated throughout the process. The repairs were flawless—my car looks brand new, and you’d never know there was any damage. The paint matched perfectly, and the attention to detail was top-notch. They even cleaned the car before returning it to me, which I really appreciated.
