ANGEL, this guy is the best. His customer service is 10 outta 10 you’d think the guy is an owner with how happy he is to be there! Perfect and clear communication on top of all repairs and super transparent. If you get in an accident or need repairs this is your guy!
Julieta and Phil were amazing since the first day I walked in not really knowing what the process was or what to do. I felt safe and comfortable that my car was in good hands. The insurance process changed a lot in past few years and Phil let me know that he will work with them if the cost was more than the insurance sent me. My car looks amazing and appears like they cleaned the inside for me as well. Thank you, Ryan and Able. My car was involved in a front-end collision, and I received excellent service here. They consistently provided professional updates and worked closely with my insurance company. We noticed some things were not done properly, but Ryan took the car back and assured us he would investigate and follow up. With a high level of collaboration, the team was proactive, professional, and results-oriented. At one point, I was not satisfied with the vehicle's performance, but Able intervened to support his team. He communicated with the insurance company to ensure everything was handled correctly. They took my car to the dealership for a proper diagnostic, which revealed it was a maintenance issue. I appreciated their transparency and honesty throughout the process. We had a great conversation even after I picked up the car. I hope I don't have to go through a crash again, but I will definitely stop by for a chat over coffee when I'm in the area.
Took my Subaru here after it was rear-ended - they worked with my insurance, kept me up-to-date through the entire process, and the car came back looking brand new. Ryan sent me updates multiple times a week and Angel went over the vehicle with me when I picked it up. Highly recommend!
Took my car in to get fixed. Estimate repair time was two weeks but got it sooner. I appreciate Cesar and all the staff I came across from!! My car is like new! Super happy with the customers service and my vehicle repairs. I will definitely bring my car here for any future repairs.
