This is my second time using this location, and it's been about 8 years since the last time. Both times, I've been treated with respect, compassion and excellent customer service. It's very easy to get ahold of the front desk staff - no annoying AI chat bots, just real people who are very quick and efficient at getting you scheduled for repairs. When visiting this location, I noticed the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere right away. There's a TV in the waiting area and there's popcorn, water and a one-cup coffee maker with all the fixings (creamers, sugar etc). My service advisor is Jose Muñoz, and he is very good at his job, too. He quickly identified the problem areas on my car and explained the whole repair process as we walked around my vehicle together. He clearly knows his stuff, and he expressed genuine concern and care as we chatted about the accident that had caused the damage. I expect very regular updates - they informed me that I'll be texted no less than 3 times a week! And when it's ready, I'll be confident that they have not only repaired it, but restored it (as the ads say).
I had an outstanding experience with Caliber Collision! Isaac went above and beyond to keep me updated throughout the entire repair process. He made sure I always knew the status of my vehicle and ensured that the work was completed with excellent quality — and even ahead of schedule! The attention to detail and level of customer service were exceptional. I highly recommend Caliber Collision for any of your auto repair needs!
Such a wonderful shop! The updates throughout my cars repair were relieving and the free cleaning in and outside of my car was such a nice gesture. They even did a tire alignment for free and provided the diagnostics of that. Highly recommended and would definitely go back if necessary!
Todd and the staff at Caliber Collision on Mesa St. were great from the beginning. Plus, my car was ready pretty fast. I loved that they kept me informed throughout the repairs via text messages. I was extremely surprised with the results. My car, a Ford Escape, was involved in an accident, but you can't tell now. Love it. Totally recommend this shop.
