This place of business offers phenomenal service. In a world where trust and common sense are nearly a thing of the past, this place is where you will find it. Arturo and his staff have won my business. I highly recommend Resler Automotive. They have saved me thousands of dollars.
I found this place by reading reviews and decided to try them. They were wonderful and I highly recommend! Everyone I spoke to, whether over the phone or in the office, was super professional and friendly (hard to find these days!). The only down side is they are super busy so it takes about 10 days for them to get to your car to diagnose the problem and you have to leave your car there. This was for our spare car so it was fine. But the fact they are so busy, speaks to their service. Efrain called me with the quote and I found the price reasonable. Finding a trustworthy mechanic shop is hard, but I felt very comfortable here and will def go back!
My son was working in El Paso this summer (we are from Alabama) on a mission trip. He drove his truck the 20 hour drive to get there. His truck developed a bad coolant leak and could not be driven. I called Resler and they said they could look at it, but not right then as they were backed up. It took a few days to get it in to them, but within a day they had it diagnosed and called back with an estimate. They knew we were in a bind and could have taken advantage of us- but they did not. The pricing was fair and better than what I would have been quoted here. They repaired the vehicle and he is back on the road now. I wish we had shops like that in my area back home. They are the only shop I have experience with in that area- but they are top notch.
Took my car there for a coolant leak, the radiator needed to be replaced. They did a fantastic job and got me squared away no problem and at a fair price after doing research. Would highly recommend them, will definitely be using their services again in the future.
