The staff is friendly and my vehicle looks better than what it was but it’s the details. I get that the collision sensor were not accurate at first it happens … specially with new cars. They fixed it, seems fine now and I’m thankful for that. But again is the cosmetic details, the grill is not sitting flush some of the trim is dented or seems not all the way in. I mentioned that to them when the sensors thing came up but it wasn’t addressed when I picked it up. Update - They did reach back out and after taking the car back they placed a new OEM grill and there are no longer any gaps and the vehicle looks great. I was explained that it was due to previous grill being an aftermarket one and that was the reason it was not sitting flush. They did a great job and I realize now it had nothing to do with their work but rather the parts that were out of spec. Thankful they were able to fix it and for their honesty.
Great experience all around. Kept me informed through the entire process. Repair was quick and Taylor in the office was wonderful. Would highly recommend for repair.
The worst customer service I've experienced. My car was sent their after my insurance company suggested them, well after two weeks of lies and excuses, they never even touched my car. So I pulled my car outta that shop and sent it to another, and it was the best decision I made about the damage on my car because I had it back after a few days at the other shop, and they communicated with me the way you'd expect a business to do. Be warned: the girl at the reception and Kyle will straight lie to your face. Good luck, but if I were you I'd look elsewhere.
Fixed my car 5 days ahead of the completion date. My car looked better than before it was hit. Gr8 communication all around. The completion rate was always sent to me, so I always knew the current progress of my vehicle. I would definitely use their services again. 6 stars
New name, but same great service and quality you have come to expect over the years. John was great and very knowledgeable and took care of my situation quickly explained everything to me. Make sure to give them a little flex room and patience as they are transitioning to the company process and systems.
