The process was very simple from start to finish. We also were kept informed by text messages on the progress and the finished product was as good as new. Also having Enterprise across the street made the rental process easy as well. I was able to drop off our vehicle at Calibers after Enterprise had closed which made it even easier than expected.
Jill and the whole team there were just lovely to do business with! I wasn’t sure if I had caused any damage to the undercarriage or not when my car rolled into a ditch, but they determined that everything seemed just fine. I did manage to acquire several scuffs and scratches, which they gave me an estimate for. I will most likely come back later and have that work done, but I feel so much better right now, knowing I’m safe to drive my car. I would trust them completely with any other issues I might have in the future!
I had an amazing experience at Caliber Collision on Glenwood Ave. From the moment I arrived, Dana Dube, the manager in charge, made the check-in process incredibly simple and fast. He was professional, clear, and kept everything stress-free. I also want to highlight Kia, the head painter there. His work is on another level. The paint job he did on my vehicle is honestly one of the best I’ve seen in Raleigh. His confidence in his craft shows through the quality. Super impressed and grateful for the attention to detail. Highly recommend this location. Great people, great communication, and exceptional results.

Business was turned away because another body shop had worked on a repair/replacement bumper, and it was not to my satisfaction. I had already taken it to the dealers service center and was told they don't do body work and couldn't do the adjustment. Came here and told the front staff this information. "We can't guarantee the work of another body shop", even though that's not what I was asking them to do. I just needed the bumper taken off, the clips looked at and then refitted. Nothing extreme and was going to pay out of pocket. So I guess lie about why you need repairs done when you come to this location? Moral of the story is everyone is getting 1 Star since I'll just buy the clips and do it myself I guess.
