For anything tire-related, I always go to this shop. I've had fantastic experiences with their team. Ariyohn, in particular, was very helpful and resolved my issue in no time. Highly recommend!
It was Sunday morning and I noticed my tire pressure warning continues to go on. I have taken it to the dealership twice and they tell me it is the change in weather- well Ariyohn found otherwise. He found a hairline crack in the rim causing the leak. - this is a safety hazard! Thanks to his persistence and expertise I will not be driving on my road trip with this situation. A shout out to Dani as well- she was so patient to educate and fit me in the crazy schedule they had. I am off to the dealership tomorrow to have the rim replaced and thanks to this team- I am not driving a car that could have been a danger to my safety. Highly recommend this team- they make a difference!
I only gave one star because I could not submit a zero! My car was dropped off via tow yesterday afternoon at 2PM. They will not tell me when it’s going to be ready today or where it is in que due to it being a “drop off!”The guy on the phone was so rude I hung up! Never will I use this disorganized place again. Not to mention they tried to sell me all four tires and the tire damage only required a PATCH per the technician!
I don’t usually post reviews unless I’m truly impressed with a service and would recommend it, but I wanted to share my experience to help others. I dropped my car off for an 11:30 am appointment and was told it would be ready in about 1.5 hours. By 2:45 pm, I am still waiting because the person who scheduled my appointment hadn’t entered it into the system as an actual appointment, but rather as a drop-off. As a result, my vehicle wasn’t prioritized. Also, a quick tip for anyone buying tires: purchasing through Amazon and selecting Just Tires (or another service provider) for installation can save you at least $200-400 on a set of four tires. I asked about a price match, but was told they only honor that if the tires are purchased through Amazon
