From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of, specifically Stephany. She was attentive without being pushy, and genuinely interested in helping me find pieces that fit both my style and needs. You can tell that attention to detail and durability are top priorities here. I especially appreciated how knowledgeable she was, offering great advice and narrowing down items for me from their huge catalog. Delivery was smooth and the setup crew handled everything with care. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. This is the second time I shop at Canales Furniture (been about 6 years, different location) and both times have been great. I did enjoy this visit more since Stephany gave me her undivided attention for hours, which is customer service at its best! I appreciate everything team, and thanks again for all the advice and recommendations Stephany….top notch!
