Worst specs ever. The store looks dirty and the clerks don't have a clue about anything. Plus they never have correct change so they round up in their favor. Overtime they make more money and interest off them having incorrect change. How convenient!

Specs has a wide variety of wines and spirits. I came in to look for some tequila and got a recommendation from one of the shoppers. Shelly came along and helped me find a plethora of minis and eggnog to try. She was amazing!

It was dark outside, well after sunset, and the light was not on to the store. Makes it appear closed from the outside. Even worse, when you go inside, several of the overhead lights were not on in there either. The store is nice and clean, with the typical good selection. They really need to get the lights on.

I won’t be back. I placed an online order, curbside pickup. I sat in the curbside space for more than 15 minutes after texting that I had arrived. When I went inside to check on my order I found an empty store full of employees standing around not doing anything. Then I checked my order and it was missing things. I received no notification from Specs. I had to wait and deal with multiple employees who obviously did not care if I was charged for the missing items to resolve the issue.
