I wouldn't bother with this bus experience. We would have been better using Ubers and they would have cost less. We received barely any commentary from the driver. He really just delivered us from point A to point B. He was consistently 10 mins late to the pickup. At the end of the day he didn't want to collect us for our final trip, saying that we could easily walk to the next destination and therefore he could go home early. Not good enough.

I loved the service, and the buses were punctual. One small thing was the need to hold on to a paper receipt after using my phone with the QR code. You really should not need to keep track of a small piece of paper on vacation, and it should be just digital. Other than that, it's fun, and I would recommend it.

John is one of the best city tour guides I’ve ever experienced. He is very knowledgeable about all of the local attractions, what’s on at each museum and the history of Canberra. He gave me some great tips on additional things to see that I didn’t know about. Took the 1 hour non-stop tour which is great value! Definitely put this on your list of things to do!!
