After I left, I told my fiancé that I think I found my barber. Gil shows that he cares about having a great experience for the people that sit in his chair. It was great chatting with and getting to know him. I can tell that he enjoys what he does. I've been to probably 6 different barbershops from Edmond to Norman and I would certainly recommend Gil and this shop.
I booked an appointment with Gil. He provided a great haircut and a even better conversation. From start to finish the process was smooth. The other barbers were also very nice and welcoming.
In 2019 I was down on my luck and having a hard time bouncing back after a surprise layoff. A friend gave me a gift of a haircut by Gil. Since then, I one else is allowed to have scissors anywhere near me. To say that his styling changed my life may sound dramatic, but I had never seen myself look as good as I did after getting a hair cut and beard trim. Naturally, I nailed the interview and have been employed and looking good ever since. Gil is the absolute master of beards, and will be charging $500 a cut someday. If Gil moves to the Australian outback, I’m going to the Outback for a beard trim.
Gil White is a great men’s barber. I’ve had several haircuts from him and they are always the best I’ve had. Really cool guy, always fun to visit with him and get a great haircut.
Been coming to see Braxton for awhile now and have recommended him to several friends. Quality guy who does a quality cut every time. Capital City has such a great atmosphere and is a welcoming place for anyone needing a new barber.
