We have used Westerville CARE for years and each time the technician arrived in the provided timeframe, wasexperienced, and accurately diagnosed and fixed the issue. We recently had an issue in our new house and were met with the same great service. Anthony (technician) was very knowledgeable, identified and fixed the problem and took the time to explain to us exactly what the issue was and what he did to address it. We will continue to call CARE for issues and yearly maintenance.

Scheduled annual furnace check. Scheduling was easy, plenty of flexibility to get service call on calendar. Communication leading up to and through furnace check was very good. Grateful for my neighbors recommendation after hating the company the house came with. Everyone at Cares is so kind and competent. They never pushed us to install the new furnace we needed so when we were ready, we got a great deal from them. Always happy with their service. They are also very reasonable with prices, worth every penny.
HVAC was not working. When we called,customer service was very accommodating and professional. Service tech Anthony was great! Professional and very customer service oriented. Also, Anthony gave great tips on how to keep the unit running smoothly. I also appreciated the fact that Anthony was able to explain in "layman's terms" any issues that were going on with the unit.
