No lleven sus perros aqui, le Sacan sangre de sus uñitas . My mom’s shitzuh was taken here. We didn’t get a call when they were done grooming, the pet groomers called closer to closing hours. My mom’s dog came back with a bloody trimmed nail. Also, too much grandma smelling perfume, when we clearly said no perfume. I had a feeling they didn’t call on time when grooming was done, because my mom’s dog must’ve been crying due to the bloody nail!

No. If you care about your dogs, dont come here. After the sister explained that the nerves were too close to the nail and couldnt be cut any shorter, she tried charging me full price of the nail trimmings and didnt even bother cleaning the mud off. Thanks for not trying a file or grinder to shave off the square edges.

Very experienced groomer. I have a Shih-Tzu have taken my dog to alote of groomers in Laredo petco ext. And Carmen does a better Job than all the other groomers I've gone and more important my dog goes in excited and he is excited when i pick him up. In the other groomers he would be sad when I would pick him up.
