Terrific experience with CarStar Riverside. Extremely professional, fast and just plain nice! Other local shops were projecting two weeks or more. CarStar had it done in three days! Car was cleaned inside and out. Recommend them highly!

We had a repair done to passenger side of our F-150 and to be honest we thought it would take longer than it did to get it back but we were wrong, they had it done in a few days. My car was totaled (sad) but I had a great experience with Carstar. The receptionist was polite and helpful, and my adjuster was quick and professional. They made everything fast and painless and answered all my questions before I even asked them. I almost went to another place that the insurance suggested which had abysmal reviews (I won’t name names), and I’m so glad I switched to Carstar last minute! (Actually I will. It was Van Collision).
