What is going on with this place? I called and had to leave a message on what sounded like just at&T machine!! Back 4 or 5 years ago all the reviews were five star and nobody could talk bad about this place now in the last 5 os so reviews that are six months and younger or less everybody says stay away. Don’t give them your money what actually happened to this place? Did the ownership change?

A waste of time and money. This crook told me that my phone could be fixed after an incident with water. Not only did it take 3 weeks because he supposedly had to send my phone off to New York. I picked up ‘my phone’ and was told my phone was beyond repair. I was given another iPhone that was pieced together and was told everything was fine. After a couple of days of having my phone and receiving different error messages i realized my front facing camera and FaceTime does not work. I took it back and was told my phone would have to be sent off again to fix the motherboard which was why the phone was sent to New York in the first place and he wouldn’t charge me for sending it off but only for what they had to fix after it wasn’t fixed correctly the first time. He said at least you have your old information. I paid 381 after i was quoted 350 over the phone the other 31 dollars was for using a card. Which he did not inform me of until i was literally in the store. At 400 dollars i could have brought another phone and moved my stuff over myself. They did nothing for me! The owner is not only rude but a liar and thief. DO NOT GO TO THEM!

I went there yesterday to check what is wrong with my phone, but the man there just ignored me for almost 25 mins, without any welcoming glance. He seems to be a new face, because the old chap that was there before was alot better. This one lacks any good customer service.

I went to the cell phone doctor and the guy was able to fix my shattered android in less rhan 30 minutes. Highly recommend. Pricing was very fair.

Came in wanting a charge port and battery replacement for issues I was having. After hearing the problems he recommended just getting the charge port replaced and it worked. He saved me the money of changing out a battery so 5 stars
