I left the store feeling cheated and scammed. First of all there are no price tags on the items so when you go to ring up it truly just feels like they are just making up numbers. Since they don't have tags you feel pressured to pay the price they state at the register. Unless you want to pay 40 dollars for a temu phone case don't shop here

I somehow cracked the back glass on my phone and my insurance wanted almost $300 to just replace my phone instead of just fixing the glass. Nothing else was wrong with my phone. These guys fixed the back for less than 150 and it looks great! I'm very happy with it.

We had an IPhone 12 that needed the back replaced. The back was shattered. They replaced it, it then had problems turning off afterwards. They ordered the part and fixed it free if charge. I would highly recommend cellaxs!

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Do NOT go here. They, lie, steal your money and when they get nervous, they forget how to speak English!!! I was told yesterday they could fix my phone today, they just had to order the part and it would be there today. My husband called today, could barley understand what the guy said, but, my part would not be in and it will be next week. I found somewhere else (360 wireless) that could fix it right now. Went to this place to request a refund. The guy who made me pay the $250 upfront all of a sudden couldn't recall me or my order. (I think he was intimidated I had my husband this time) all of a sudden, he could no longer speak English. Another guy started talking to me and said they would not refund my money, even though, I won't get the product. I told him they lied about turn around time and he could either refund me now, or deal with my bank. He just kept saying it was ordered, no refund, in broken English. Good thing I have an amazing bank to deal with scum like this. Go to 360 wireless, they are American, fast and reliable. This place is a disgusting joke
