WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! We woke to no heat, single digits out. Cellino not only showed up, but they were Awesome! Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and caring... you don't see all that too much anymore! The technician really went above and beyond! Definitely 5 stars from us⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My furnace stopped working during a deep cold wave. Cellino came out the next morning and completed the repair right away. I have used them for a major ceiling plumbing repair this year and they replaced a hot water tank within 5 hours recently. Their work is really excellent and staff are always knowledgeable and friendly. I have always had a very positive experience with them.

Smelled gas in the basement and had National Fuel come out. Detected gas leaks from both the hot water tank and furnace. Called Cellino and Chris was at the house with 25 minutes. He was exceptional and replaced pipes and valves, tested everything and my heat and hot water were back on in no time. Excellent service and Chris was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in detail that he was going to do and gave me the price for the service upfront. Highly recommend!

Stains were left on my basement carpet that won't come up with vacuuming. Equipment appears to have been dragged across the carpeting. There was debris all over the hard floor in my basement. Return ducts weren't even touched. I have had good luck with Cellino until this point. EDIT: Management did an excellent job handling my issues and sent a different y tech back to remedy the situation. Rating switched from ⭐⭐ to ⭐⭐⭐⭐.

I discovered early in the morning water soaked carpet in the basement. Upon investigation it was the gas fired water tank blew. I called Cellino almost immediately and they were able to secure an appointment that afternoon. While waiting, I spent about 3+ hours draining the remainder of a 40 gallon water heater and shop vacuuming up about 7-10 gallons of water out of the carpets. Nick (technician) contacted me around noon and arrived before 12:30 to assess the situation. He gave me an estimate including a discount to save me about $200. He spent about 3+ hours for the whole job. Since I live in old house, he struggled with getting the water heaters out/in the house. Overall, Nick did a great job and as I've come to expect from a Cellino employee, he was courteous and explained everything about the job clearly. Thanks Nick.
