Ando plumbing came recently on a courtesy 1 year check up for our water heater which included a tank flush. Zach was courteous, on time and explained everything that was going to do, and again when he was finished. I’m very happy with their service and communication. I’ll use them again for any plumbing needs and highly recommended them if you are in need of an expert plumber.
An easy 5-star review. Our technician Zach was a pleasure to work with, explained everything he would be doing, and was transparent about pricing and labor. Completed the work quickly and thoroughly, and even cleaned up afterwards. Would absolutely hire again.
I called in the morning and Kenny came to our house within 2 hours in blustery winds and a winter storm watch for WNY. Got all new pipes, fittings, kitchen drain and cleared the drain from the garbage disposal out with snake 15ft. We were concerned that our dishwasher was leaking but Kenny said it's most likely the pipes and the kitchen drains were the issue. After all his work the dishwasher was fine and no water was leaking from the bottom of it. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, very fast and efficient work from Kenny the Technician.
