The arrangement I chose for a Memorial celebration was delivered on time and was better than the sample on the website. Even others at the celebration commented about how pretty it was. Left side is from website, right is what was delivered, minus the fake roses and ribbon dropped over. Thank you.
I live out of state. Ordered the flowers online. Pictures on site matched what my friend received. I also made an error in the address and emailed and called, made the correction over the phone with an understanding person and my flowers still arrived on time.
My mom turned 91 on Oct 30th. I asked that a big purple bow be placed on the vase, which they did. My mom was thrilled & sent a picture of bouquet. I've only used Chase for several years & they do not disappoint.
Chase Flower Shop provided excellent quality service. I was unable to place the online order because of technical issues with their website but I went ahead and called them to place my order. The person who took my order over the phone was very professional and helpful. The flowers look EXACTLY like the picture online. I’m very satisfied and my friend loved them!! Thank you ❤️
Great experience and beautiful arrangement. Brian helped me do a last minute delivery for my cousins funeral. The floral arrangement was perfect and he made my experience so flawless and stress free. Price was reasonable and he went out of his way to get more white roses for my arrangement because they had run out in the store. Grateful for human angels like him who save the day! Highly recommend.
