I had to feed a group much smaller than Karsh's Catering usually serves, but Andrew was gracious and helpful in meeting our needs. We ordered boxed lunches with a very early morning delivery for one day out of a 5-day event. While I wasn't on site to enjoy the roast beef sandwiches and sides, the report from the group was that it was the best lunch all week!
Karsh's Catering deserves a solid five stars! We were really impressed with the customer service. The lasagna was a standout dish; it was delicious and perfectly cooked. Overall, a fantastic experience that made our occasion even more special. Highly recommend!
We used Karsh's Catering for our daughter's bridal shower the Saturday after Thanksgiving and were quite pleased. Andy and his team prepared a luncheon for 35 people at our home in Sanger; the menu included a great salad, chicken piccata, fettuccini alfredo, and sourdough bread. He uses quality equipment to keep everything hot and fresh, which is an important facet, considering the food tables were outside on a cold day. The food was also very nicely presented and arranged. We used our own party rental place for plates, cutlery, and tablecloths, but he can arrange that as well, if desired. Andy is very easy to work with, very reasonably priced for the quality delivered, and prompt with delivery and clean-up. Highly recommended.
Chef Andy rocks! We needed 60 last-minute, vegan boxed lunches for an event, and Andy pulled it off in just a few weeks. Lunches were delivered on time with a smile, the sandwiches and pasta salad were delicious, plus he included chips and fruit in the lunches for an incredibly reasonable cost. He was very easy to work with leading up to the event; communicative, straightforward, and honest. I will definitely use Karsh's Catering if we host this event in Fresno again.
